Marinate the Pork Chops
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to form a marinade. Add the pork chops and coat them evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

Grill the Pork Chops
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place them on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious grilled chuletas!
