Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Pork Chops

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to form a marinade. Add the pork chops and coat them evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

    Grill the Pork Chops

Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place them on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  4. 4

    Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious grilled chuletas!
