Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve the Drink
Pour the blended mixture into a 20 oz glass.
Add the Hennessy
Slowly pour the Hennessy cognac on top of the blended mixture to create a layered effect.
Garnish
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on top.
