Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Season the Beef
Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the beef is well coated with the seasoning.

Prepare the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread tortilla chips evenly. Layer cooked ground beef, black beans, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapeños over the chips.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top of the layered ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake nachos in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
