Loaded Cheese Fries Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Bake the Fries

Bake the fries in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

While the fries are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and chop into small pieces.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Loaded Fries

Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the top. Then add the cooked bacon, sliced jalapenos, and cherry peppers.

  5. 5

    Melt the Cheese

Return the loaded fries to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped scallions. Serve immediately while hot.
