    Prepare the Ingredients

    Gather all the ingredients in one place. Dice the fresh pineapple and slice the roasted red peppers.

    Make Habanero Aioli

    In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1-2 minced habanero peppers (adjust to taste), 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth.

    Prepare Jalapeno Bacon Jam

    In a saucepan, cook 1 cup of chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and sauté 1/2 cup of diced jalapenos in the bacon fat. Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, and the cooked bacon back into the pan. Simmer until thickened and set aside.

    On a serving plate, layer the diced pineapple, sliced roasted red peppers, and drizzle with habanero aioli, jalapeno bacon jam, and house-made hot sauce. Sprinkle with hot chili flakes to add extra heat.
