Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken tenders with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it with bread crumbs. Set aside on a plate.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Slice the tomato and red onion. Chop the lettuce.

On a plate, layer the fried chicken tenders, drizzle with buffalo sauce, and top with Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and bleu cheese dressing.
