Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken tenders with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken tender first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it with bread crumbs. Set aside on a plate.

  4. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  5. 5

    Fry the Chicken

Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Toppings

Slice the tomato and red onion. Chop the lettuce.

  7. 7

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, layer the fried chicken tenders, drizzle with buffalo sauce, and top with Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and bleu cheese dressing.
