Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burger

In the same skillet, add the ground beef and season to taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking the burger, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top and cover the skillet until melted.

  4. 4

    Fry the Egg

In a separate pan, fry the farm fresh egg to your liking (sunny-side up or over easy).

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the bun, layer the lettuce, cooked burger with melted cheese, crispy bacon, tomato slices, red onion rings, and finally the fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the burger warm with your favorite side.
