Cooking Instructions

   In a bowl, mix the pancake mix with milk until smooth. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Pour the batter onto the skillet to form one pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Keep warm.

   In another skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired doneness (scrambled, fried, or poached). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
