    Prepare the Pork Longganisa

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Pork Longganisa until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    Make the Tamagoyaki

    In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, soy sauce, mirin, salt, and pepper. Heat a little oil in the skillet and pour a thin layer of the egg mixture. Cook until slightly set, then roll it up and push to one side. Repeat until all egg mixture is cooked. Slice into strips.

    Sauté the Tomatoes

    In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the chopped tomatoes until soft.

    Prepare the Cucumber

    Slice the cucumber into thin strips.

    Assemble the Bao

    Steam the bao buns until warm. Fill each bun with a portion of the cooked longganisa, strips of tamagoyaki, cucumber, and sautéed tomatoes.

    Serve the Longganisa Breakfast Bao warm and enjoy!
