Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create the marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Ribs

Coat the pork ribs with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Grill the Ribs

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated ribs for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through, brushing with extra marinade during the last few minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Corn

While the ribs are grilling, boil or grill the corn on the cob until tender. Once cooked, slather with Japanese mayo, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and drizzle with calamansi juice.

  5. 5

    Make the Potato Salad

Boil the diced potatoes until tender. Drain and let cool. In a large bowl, mix the cooled potatoes with mayonnaise, sweet relish, diced carrots, green peas, salt, and pepper. Chill before serving.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the grilled gochujang glazed ribs alongside the grilled corn on the cob and Filipino-style potato salad.
