In a separate bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, diced peach, passion fruit pulp, cubed watermelon, cubed mango, coconut water, and chopped lychee. Mix well.

Spoon the fruit mixture over the ice in the prepared mojito base. Allow the flavors to meld for a few minutes.

Layer Flavored Fruit

Garnish the mojito with additional mint leaves or fruit slices if desired. Serve immediately with a straw.
