Prep the Vegetables
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Chop Tomatoes
Dice the large tomato into small cubes.

Slice Cucumbers
Peel the cucumber if desired, then slice it into thin rounds or half-moons.

Slice Red Onion
Peel and slice the red onion into thin rings or half-moons.

Prepare Pepperoncinis
Slice the pepperoncinis into rings if they are whole.

Prepare Kalamata Olives
Slice Kalamata olives in half if they are whole, or leave them whole if preferred.
Assembly

Assemble the Pita
Take a piece of pita bread and spread 1 tablespoon of tzatziki sauce on the inside.

Layer Ingredients
Layer the chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, sliced red onions, pepperoncinis, and Kalamata olives inside the pita.

Add Feta and Vinaigrette
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of feta cheese over the layers and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of Greek vinaigrette.

Wrap the Pita
Fold the pita in half or roll it up tightly to secure the filling.
