Pork Souvlaki

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Marinate the Pork
Cut the pork tenderloin into 1-inch cubes and add them to the marinade. Stir to coat the pork evenly and let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Prepare Skewers
Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill. After soaking, thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers.

Chill the Sauce
Cover the tzatziki sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Pita Bread

Heat the pita bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side until warm and slightly toasted.

Choose either Greek fries or rice pilaf to serve alongside the souvlaki. Prepare according to package instructions or your preferred recipe.
