In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Place the pork tenderloin in the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best flavor.

Once cooked, remove the pork from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion. Toss gently to combine.
