Preparation of Chicken

Season the Chicken
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.

Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Preparation of Rice Pilaf

Cook the Rice
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the rice pilaf and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 15 minutes, or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.

Prepare the Dish
On a serving plate, place a generous scoop of rice pilaf. Top with sliced chicken breast, diced tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.

Serve the Greek chicken and rice with warm pita bread on the side for dipping and scooping.
