Deep-fried fresh jalapeno with spicy crab.

Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Be careful while handling them, as they can be quite spicy.

Prepare the Jalapenos

In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, chopped green onions, hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Make the Filling

Using a spoon, fill each jalapeno half with the crab mixture, pressing down gently to ensure it's packed in.

In a deep frying pan, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully place the stuffed jalapenos into the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove the fried jalapenos from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
