Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the Pan
In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Sauté the Vegetables
Add the chopped vegetables to the hot skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are tender-crisp.
Prepare the Ginger Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of ginger (grated), and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
Combine and Serve
Drizzle the ginger sauce over the sautéed vegetables, toss to combine, and serve immediately.
