Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the beef steak into thin strips. Prepare all the vegetables by slicing them into thin pieces.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat the Grill

Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil to the pan.

  4. 4

    Cook the Steak

Add the marinated beef to the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.

  5. 5

    Add Vegetables

Add the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and onion to the skillet with the beef. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
