1. Marinate the Proteins
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, and sesame oil. Divide this mixture into three separate bowls. Add the steak to one bowl, shrimp to another, and chicken to the last. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Prepare the Grill or Grill Pan
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Ensure it is well-oiled to prevent sticking.
3. Cook the Steak
Remove the steak from the marinade, shaking off excess. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.
4. Cook the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest.
5. Cook the Shrimp
Remove the shrimp from the marinade and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
6. Serve
Slice the steak and chicken into strips. Arrange the steak, shrimp, and chicken on a serving platter. Serve with dipping sauces, steamed vegetables, and rice if desired.
