Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

  2. 2

    Slice the Vegetables

Peel the daikon radish and carrot, then slice them into thin rounds. Slice the shiitake mushrooms. Chop the green onions into small pieces. Cut the tofu into cubes.

Cooking the Soup

    Cook the Pork

In a large pot over medium heat, add the pork belly pieces and cook until they are slightly browned.

  2. 4

Pour in the dashi stock and bring to a boil.

  3. 5

  2. 9
