Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a simmer.

Whisk in the miso paste, dashi powder, and soy sauce until fully dissolved.

Simmer the Broth
Allow the broth to simmer for about 15-20 minutes to meld the flavors.
Noodles and Assembly

Cook Ramen Noodles
In a separate pot, boil water and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Bowls
In serving bowls, place a portion of cooked ramen noodles.

Ladle hot miso broth over the noodles until fully submerged.

Arrange slices of chashu pork, chopped green onions, soft boiled eggs, and nori strips on top of the noodles.
