Prepare the Edamame
Rinse the edamame pods under cold running water to remove any debris or impurities.

Boil Water
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil over high heat.

Cook the Edamame
Once the water is boiling, add the rinsed edamame pods to the pot. Boil the edamame for about 5-6 minutes until they are tender but still firm.

Drain and Season
After boiling, carefully drain the edamame in a colander. While they are still hot, sprinkle sea salt over the edamame and toss them gently to coat.

Serve
Transfer the salted edamame to a serving bowl. Serve warm as a snack or appetizer, and enjoy!
