Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Burger Patties

Divide the ground filet mignon into two equal portions and shape into 8 oz patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3

Grill the Patties

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adding a slice of cheddar cheese on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.

4

Toast the Buns

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

5

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the toasted bun, layer the lettuce, grilled patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, tomato slices, and red onion slices. Drizzle with smoked porter steak sauce and top with the other half of the bun.

6

Serve

Serve the burgers hot with a side of French fries.
