Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Garlic Puree
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Toss them in olive oil and wrap in foil. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes until soft. Once cool, blend with a little more olive oil until smooth.
- 2
Wrap the Brie
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Place the Brie in the center and spread fig marmalade on top. Fold the pastry over the Brie, sealing the edges well. Cut any excess pastry and ensure the cheese is fully wrapped.
- 3
Bake the Brie
Place the wrapped Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- 4
Prepare the Toast Points
While the Brie is baking, toast the bread slices until golden brown. Cut into triangles to form toast points.
- 5
Serve
Once the Brie is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Drizzle with balsamic reduction, sprinkle with toasted pistachios, and serve with fresh grapes, roasted garlic puree, and toast points.
