Cocktail Assembly
Muddle Mint
In the bottom of the chilled copper mug, lightly muddle 2 mint leaves to release their aroma. Be gentle to avoid bitterness.
Mix the Base
Add vodka and fresh lime juice into the mug over the muddled mint. Fill the mug with ice cubes to the top.
Top with Ginger Beer
Slowly pour the ginger beer over the ice to fill the mug. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Garnishing
Add Garnish
Slap the remaining mint leaves between your palms to release the oils, then add them to the top of the drink as garnish. Place the lime wheel on the rim or float it on top.
