Prepare the Dip
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add Chives
Chop the fresh chives and stir them into the dip mixture.
Serve
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and arrange the carrot sticks, celery sticks, and sliced bell peppers around it for dipping.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Turkey
Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over the turkey. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh rosemary, and fresh thyme.
Add Lemon
Place the sliced lemon inside the cavity of the turkey breast.
Roast the Turkey
Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Rest the Turkey
Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Fill the Crust
Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.
Bake the Pie
Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set.
Cool and Serve
Allow the pie to cool before slicing and serving.
