Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape and Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan. Let it rise for another 30 minutes. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar.

Combine and Add Blueberries
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a muffin tin with liners. Fill each cup with batter and bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
