Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure it's hot enough to cook the pizza evenly.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sauce

In a medium bowl, mix the tomato sauce with dried oregano. Set aside.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Assemble the Pizza

On a pizza crust, spread the prepared tomato sauce evenly across the surface.

  2. 4

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the provolone cheese.

  3. 5

    Optional Pepperoni

If using, layer the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.

Baking

  1. 6

    Bake the Pizza

Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

  2. 7

    Cool and Slice

After baking, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
