Preparation
Prepare the Coffee
Pour 1 cup of Caffe Umbria cold brew coffee into a heatproof glass or bowl.
Scoop the Gelato
Using a scoop, add 2 generous scoops of Bonta vanilla gelato into the glass or bowl containing the cold brew coffee.
Serving
Serve Immediately
Serve the affogato immediately while the gelato begins to melt into the coffee. Enjoy the delightful combination of hot and cold!
