Gather all the ingredients: tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, O.P. capicola, pickled jalapeno, and Mike's Hot Honey.

Cut the fresh mozzarella into thick slices, about 1/2 inch.

If the O.P. capicola is not pre-sliced, cut it into thin strips.

Measure out 2 tablespoons of pickled jalapenos and set aside.

In a baking dish or on a pizza stone, spread the tomato sauce evenly across the base.

Place the sliced fresh mozzarella evenly over the tomato sauce.

Distribute the sliced O.P. capicola over the mozzarella.

Sprinkle the pickled jalapenos on top of the dish.
