Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Clean and Prepare the Mushrooms

Gently clean the enoki, beech, and shiitake mushrooms under cold running water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Trim the ends of the enoki mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms as needed.

  2. 2

    Mince the Garlic

Peel the garlic cloves and finely mince them using a knife or a garlic press.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In a large skillet, add the truffle butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then add the enoki, beech, and shiitake mushrooms to the skillet. Stir gently to coat the mushrooms in the butter and garlic.

  2. 4

    Season and Cook

Add the fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly golden.

  3. 5

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the skillet from the heat. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve the truffle mushrooms chowly warm as an appetizer or a side dish.
