Black Truffle Aioli

Cooking the Beef Tenderloin

Prepare the Beef
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Pat the beef tenderloin dry with paper towels and season it generously with salt and black pepper.

Add Aromatics
Add crushed garlic cloves and fresh rosemary to the skillet and transfer it to the preheated oven.

Roast the Beef
Roast for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 55°C (130°F) for medium-rare. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.

Rest the Beef
Remove from the oven and let the beef rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Making the Black Truffle Aioli

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, black truffle oil, minced garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the Aioli
Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cover and refrigerate the aioli for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
