Preheat Skillet
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Prepare Duck
Pat the duck tenderloins dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Season Duck
Season both sides of the duck tenderloins with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Cook Duck
Once the oil is hot, place the duck tenderloins in the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Rest Duck
Remove the duck tenderloins from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Plum Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine the plum preserves, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil.

Heat Sauce
Heat the saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture is heated through and bubbly.

Simmer Sauce
Once heated, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
