Ssamjang Chicken

Ponzu BBQ Ribs

Roasted Asparagus

Kemuri House Salad

Method

Ssamjang Chicken

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, ssamjang sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.

Ponzu BBQ Ribs

  1. 3

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). In a bowl, mix ponzu sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork ribs.

  2. 4

    Bake the Ribs

Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes to allow the ribs to caramelize.

Roasted Asparagus

  1. 5

    Prepare the Asparagus

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). On a baking sheet, toss asparagus spears with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  2. 6

    Roast the Asparagus

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy. Serve immediately.

Hibachi Vegetable Rice

  1. 7

    Prepare the Rice

In a large skillet or wok, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  2. 8

    Add Vegetables and Sauce

Add mixed vegetables, soy sauce, and green onions to the rice. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still crisp. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Kemuri House Salad

  1. 9

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated carrot.

  2. 10

    Make the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss to combine.
