Tuna Marinade Preparation
1. Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
2. Marinate the Tuna
Cut the Ahi tuna into small cubes and add to the marinade. Toss gently to coat the tuna evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
