In three separate bowls, place the all-purpose flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second bowl, and breadcrumbs mixed with a pinch of salt in the third bowl.
3. Bread the Chicken
Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is well coated.
4. Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot.
