Method
Preparation Directions
- 1
Prepare the Beef Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the spicy seasoning blend. Mix thoroughly until the seasoning is evenly distributed throughout the meat.
- 2
Form the Patties
Divide the seasoned ground beef into 4 equal portions (each about 1/4 pound) and shape them into patties.
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
- 4
Grill the Patties
Place the patties on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until they have a nice sear, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
- 5
Prepare the Wrap
While the patties are grilling, prepare your lettuce, sliced onions, and tomatoes. Set them aside for assembly.
- 6
Assemble the Kebobs
Once the patties are cooked, place each patty in the center of a lettuce leaf. Top with sliced onions, tomato, and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
- 7
Serve
Wrap the lettuce around the fillings and serve immediately while hot.
