Cook the Sushi Rice
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine sushi rice and water in a pot, bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.

While the rice is resting, prepare the tuna and salmon. Ensure that both are fresh and cut into small, even cubes.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
