Prepare the Tuna

Slice the Tuna
Using a sharp knife, slice the fresh tuna fillet against the grain into thin sashimi pieces. Arrange them on a plate and sprinkle with sea salt.
Make the Marinated Salad

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the cucumber, carrot, radish, and green onions.

Prepare Dressing
In a separate small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and toasted sesame seeds.

Pour the dressing over the salad vegetables and toss to combine. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

Serve the sliced tuna with the marinated salad on the side. Add a dollop of wasabi paste for flavor.
