Cook the Meat
Add the beef or turkey meat to the pot and brown it on all sides. Season with salt and seasoning cubes, then add water. Cover and cook until the meat is tender.

Add Vegetables
Once the meat is tender, add the chopped tomatoes, bell pepper, and scotch bonnet pepper. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture is well combined.

Simmer
Allow the mixture to simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water.

Add Leafy Vegetables
Finally, add the chopped spinach or bitter leaf, and allow to cook for an additional 5 minutes until the leaves are tender.

Serve
Serve hot with rice or fufu.
