Prepare the Meat Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground veal and ground beef. Add the minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Stuff the Sausages
Soak the sausage casings in water for about 30 minutes. Rinse them out and place one end of the casing onto a sausage stuffer. Stuff the meat mixture into the casing, being careful not to overstuff. Twist into 3 equal pieces and tie off the ends.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Combine and Bake
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Pepper Sauce

Prepare the Ingredients
Roast the red bell peppers until charred, then peel and chop them. Mince the garlic.

Blend the Sauce
In a blender, combine the roasted red peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
