Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the slow-smoked sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Cheeses
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cheese mixture, diced green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Heat the Dip
Transfer the mixture into a slow cooker or an oven-safe dish. If using a slow cooker, set it on low and cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. If using an oven, preheat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted and bubbly.
