Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese. Use a fork or a mixer to blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Prepare the Pickled Peppers
In a small saucepan, combine the jarred pickled peppers, red wine vinegar, garlic cloves (smashed), sugar, salt, black peppercorns, and dried oregano. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Assemble the Dish
Once the pickled peppers are prepared, strain them from the liquid and allow them to cool slightly. Layer the creamy cheese mixture in a serving dish and top with the pickled peppers. Serve immediately with crackers or bread.
