2

Cook the Pork

Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Add apple cider vinegar and cook on low for 8-10 hours until tender.

3

Shred and Sauce

Once cooked, shred the pork using two forks and mix in BBQ sauce until evenly coated.

Beef Ribs

5

Prepare the Ribs

Rub the beef ribs with dry rub seasoning and let them sit for at least 1 hour.

6

Cook the Ribs

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Place ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 3 hours.

7

Finish with BBQ Sauce

Remove the foil, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, and cook for another 30 minutes uncovered.

8

Serve

Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving with pickles on the side.

Shred and Sauce

Shred the cooked chicken with two forks and mix in BBQ sauce until well coated.

12
