Cocktail Preparation

   Step 1: Prepare the Mixing Glass

   Fill a mixing glass with ice to chill.

   Step 2: Add Ingredients

   Pour in the Tom Cat Gin, Dry Vermouth, and Cynar into the mixing glass.

   Step 3: Add Bitters

   Add 2 dashes of bitters into the mixing glass.

   Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

   Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.
