Pasta

Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil Water

Fill a large pot with water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and bring it to a boil over high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook Spaghetti

Once the water is boiling, add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking Seafood

  1. 3

    Sauté Sausage

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

  2. 4

    Add Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, approximately 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp and sausage from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 5

    Add Crabmeat

In the same skillet, gently fold in the lump crabmeat and let it warm for about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside with the other seafood.

Making the Sauce

  1. 6

    Sauté Garlic and Tomatoes

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft, about 3-4 minutes.

  2. 7

    Deglaze with Wine

Pour in the white wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.

  3. 8

    Add Cream and Seasoning

Stir in the heavy cream, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Allow the sauce to simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 9

    Combine Pasta and Seafood

Add the cooked spaghetti, shrimp, sausage, and crabmeat back to the skillet. Toss everything to coat in the sauce and heat through for 2-3 minutes.

  2. 10

    Garnish

Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top and give it a final toss.
