Brew a fresh shot of espresso and set aside to cool slightly.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine Ketel One Vodka, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, freshly brewed espresso, and simple syrup.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare the Cold Foam
In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and amaretto until it reaches a light foam consistency.

Strain and Serve
Strain the cocktail mixture into a chilled glass and top with the cold foam mixture.

Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or coffee grounds on top of the foam, if desired.
