Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausage or Ham

In the same skillet, add smoked sausage or city ham slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

In the same skillet, add house potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Cook the Egg

In a small bowl, beat the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour into the skillet and cook to your preference (scrambled, fried, etc.).

  5. 5

    Toast the Bread

Toast the slices of bread and spread with butter.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Plate

On a plate, arrange the crispy bacon, cooked sausage or ham, house potatoes, and the cooked egg. Serve with the buttered toast on the side.
