Prepare the Glass
Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside of a chilled martini glass.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, heavy cream, chocolate liqueur, and ice cubes. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.

Garnish
Garnish with cocoa powder and place one Bourbon Bon Bon on the rim of the glass.
