Farmhouse Scramble Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from skillet and let drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Potatoes

In the same skillet, add the house potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and gently stir with a spatula until just set, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the chopped bacon, smoked cheddar cheese, and pico de gallo to the scrambled eggs. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the farmhouse scramble hot alongside the crispy house potatoes and DV8 biscuits.
